Esther Dodd

Esther Dodd is a second-year NHS Graduate Management Trainee (General Management, 2024 cohort). She began her NHS journey with Transformation Partners in Health and Care, hosted by The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, where she worked as a consultant to improve patient experience and support service transformation.

Esther broadened her experience during a two-month flexi-placement with PwC’s Workforce Consulting team, gaining insights into private-sector consultancy and innovative change management approaches. She is currently completing her final operational placement at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, where she supports operational delivery.

Before joining the NHS, Esther worked as a carer and teaching assistant—roles that deepened her understanding of the broader care system and reinforced her commitment to collaboration and inclusivity.

She graduated from the University of Nottingham in 2023 with a degree in Politics and International Relations and is passionate about contributing to a more equitable NHS.
