Esme Burrough

Esme has over 20 years' retail experience and a background in HR, project delivery and commercial leadership. 

She moved into the NHS in her late thirties and now works in strategic business partnering.

Esme has led and won multi-million-pound tenders, and serves as co-chair of the Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group women’s staff network.
