Emily Evans

Emily has dedicated over 20 years to the healthcare sector, with 15 years in leadership roles within non-profit service delivery organisations.

Throughout her career, she has guided teams through significant organisational change. With a strategic vision and inclusive leadership style, Emily has fostered high-performing teams and a culture of excellence and innovation.

As deputy chief executive of Everyturn, she oversees the operational delivery of services, which include specialist, clinically-led step-down services, safe haven crisis support and NHS Talking Therapies. Emily is also responsible for developing new services and promoting collaboration to support the NHS 10-Year Plan.

Deeply passionate about sustainability, Emily believes organisations can be powerful change-makers. She emphasises aligning organisational policies and values with sustainable practices to create a better future for everyone.
