Danielle Oum

Danielle is chair for the new Birmingham, Black Country and Solihull cluster of ICBs, having previously served as chair of Coventry and Warwickshire ICB. 

She has extensive chair and non-executive experience, having also chaired Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, which she joined in 2020. She is also co-chair of the NHS Confederation's BME Leadership Network.

Danielle has a strong leadership background in strategic development, stakeholder engagement and transformational change spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors. She is passionate about promoting equality and inclusion, particularly within disadvantaged communities. 

In her time at Walsall Healthcare, where she was chair ahead of joining Birmingham and Solihul, she has been instrumental in helping to bring about meaningful change in service quality, innovation and improvement as well as building a culture of inclusiveness.
