Clare Morris

Clare has spent her entire career making vision and strategy real and actionable for people. She works for everyone to shift power: having a strong grip on governance whilst being antibureaucracy. Her domain is health and social care, but her approach takes her far beyond the traditional boundaries of these sectors and organisations.

Helping the public sector tackle its most complex and sensitive issues is Clare’s obsession and she is repeatedly called in to organisations to nurture change and enable transformation. 

Clare loves tackling system, transformation and integration challenges. She is a subject matter expert on digital innovation in health and care, particularly on impact and benefits realisation of care technology. She led the culture change programme on the world’s largest and fastest roll out of care technology for vulnerable people; ran an NHS clinical commissioning group and has received several awards for innovation in health and social care.
