Charlotte Moss

Charlotte is the Head of Industry Engagement and Policy at the NHS Confederation. In her role, she leads a team to deliver impactful policy and engagement programmes with funding partners such as Google Health and Novartis. She also provides policy oversight and management for the content of 170+ sessions at NHS ConfedExpo, one of the UK’s largest healthcare conferences.

Prior to joining the NHS Confederation, Charlotte worked as an Account Manager in the Health practice of a policy and public affairs consultancy. Her work ranged from UK policy projects on specialised commissioning to upskilling international patient advocacy groups on health technology assessments. Core clients included Amgen, AstraZeneca, Boehringer Ingelheim, Bristol Myers Squibb and MSD. 

Charlotte holds a BSc Hons in Governance, Economics and Development from Leiden University College The Hague.
