Antony Nelson

Antony is the part-time managing director of Conexus Healthcare the General Practice Confederation in Wakefield.  With a clinical background and extensive experience in designing and implementing successful transformations of health and care services he has been working with general practice and primary care for many years. Conexus is dedicated to supporting general practices and primary care networks to provide the best care possible to their patients and improve the health and wellbeing of their local populations. Antony has taken an organisational development approach to grow Conexus, to improve and sustain the governance, finance, workforce and outcomes and Conexus is now positioned as an integral and helpful partner in the local health and care landscape.
