Chief Executive

Amanda is the chief executive of the The Confederation, Hillingdon CIC which is the sole GP Federation for the London Borough of Hillingdon, representing and supporting its 42 practices and 6 primary care networks. She is also part of the executive team at Hillingdon Health and Care Partners (the Place partnership) and senior responsible owner for neighbourhood development. 

She has a background in service delivery excellence and transformational change developed over more than 30 years in a range public and private sector roles; everything from oil and utilities, central and local government and, for the last 12 years in urgent and primary healthcare.  

She is passionate about transforming services, development of digital solutions and modernising the NHS to bring care closer to home. She is also an experienced non-executive director and has been a board and committee member for heritage housing association, the Guinness Partnership, for several years.
