The NHS Race and Health Observatory works to identify and tackle ethnic inequalities in health and care by facilitating research, making health policy recommendations and enabling long-term transformational change.
Hosted by the NHS Confederation and supported by NHS England and NHS Improvement, the observatory works with experts from the UK and internationally to offer analysis and policy recommendations to improve health outcomes for NHS patients, communities and staff.
