On 6 March 2022, the Health and Care Women Leaders Network are delivering a free virtual workshop on how to manage from the middle more effectively for their members.
This workshop is for managers who feel stuck in between pressures from senior leadership and the needs of their team. Diana Marsland and Julie Nerney will discuss tools and techniques to translate the strategy from the top into real results on the ground.
Diana and Julie will talk through real-life case studies and guidance to help the delegates adapt learnings to their own circumstances.
