Change is rarely easy. 'Reconfiguration' has become loaded with negative meaning, and changes are frequently viewed by the public as a threat, rather than positive and necessary reforms.
That's why we're helping to reframe the reconfiguration debate, to tackle the issues members told us inhibit change.
Coalition for change
We've joined forces with the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges

Making the case
We've developed a range of resources to help local NHS organisations communicate why services need to change, and the benefits of doing so.
Access the handy resources from our Making the case for change section and embed our animation (below) onto your organisation's website to help explain NHS change.
