Culture change

Culture change in the NHS is a key issue for us, one that cuts across all of our work programmes.

We recently published a member-only slide pack pulling together the learning from a number of different events, podcasts, and conversations with members and experts on the issue of culture change in the NHS.

The slide pack explores the environment that is needed for change to occur, and provides good-practice case studies that you can use as practical examples in your organisation.

What's coming up?

Over the next few months, we will also be hosting a programme of work looking at different models of healthcare in Europe. From this work, we aim to showcase the values of European health systems, and explore lessons that can be learned by the NHS as it seeks to improve patient care.
