Tackling health inequalities in Cheshire and Merseyside

Cheshire and Merseyside Health and Care Partnership has shared how it is achieving significant progress in addressing health inequalities in the region. 

By making health inequalities a system priority, the partnership has ensured that it is core business for all organisations. It has also taken experience from the COVID-19 pandemic to imagine a better future, which addresses the deep-rooted inequalities that the virus has amplified.
