Patient and Client Council: Communicating the painful truth

14 / 06 / 2017

People who experience chronic pain approached the Patient and Client Council (PCC) to talk about their day-to-day lives and the difficulties they have engaging with healthcare services.

The PCC undertook a study to understand the lived experience of 2,500 people with chronic pain. The results of this study have been used to engage policy and decision-makers to effect change.
