Adding value to the NHS through EU engagement

14 / 04 / 2015

The impact of the EU agenda on our health system - including specifically on the planning, resourcing and provision of healthcare - is constantly increasing, bringing with it both challenges and opportunities for the NHS.

The NHS European Office acts as the central conduit for the NHS to engage with the EU agenda and in 2015-16, we will continue to be the authoritative voice of the NHS in Europe, providing the essential link for the NHS to influence EU policy impacting the health service and to benefit from the range of knowledge sharing and funding opportunities available at EU level.

Our leaflet, "Adding Value to the NHS through EU engagement", provides a brief overview of our proposed priorities and main areas of work for the year ahead. Download your copy.
