What is Working Differently, Working Together?
Working Differently, Working Together is the workforce and organisational development framework that supports delivery of Together for Health (TfH).
 
The framework will help the NHS in Wales to secure the best staff and fully support and engage them in delivering excellent care.  Elements of the framework that are better addressed by an All Wales collaborative approach are being developed through the WDWT programme.  For example this includes an All Wales Health and Wellbeing network.  Other elements are being addressed within organisations locally.  The programme has four cross cutting projects which are being delivered by staff from across NHS Wales, Wales Government and Trade Union organisations.

Gweithio'n Wahanol, Gweithio Law yn Llaw yw'r fframwaith ar gyfer datblygu'r gweithlu a datblygu sefydliadol sy'n ategu’r broses o gyflawni amcanion Law yn Llaw at Iechyd.

Bwriedir i'r fframwaith sicrhau bod gennym y staff cywir, eu bod yn cael yr holl gymorth sydd ei angen arnynt a’u bod yn cael eu hannog i ddarparu gofal ardderchog.  Mae'r elfennau o'r fframwaith y gellir mynd i'r afael â hwy'n well drwy gydweithio ar lefel Cymru Gyfan yn cael eu datblygu drwy raglen Gweithio'n Wahanol, Gweithio Law yn Llaw.  Er enghraifft, mae hyn yn cynnwys rhwydwaith Iechyd a Lles Cymru Gyfan.  Rhoddir sylw i elfennau eraill mewn sefydliadau'n lleol.  Mae gan y rhaglen bedwar prosiect trawsbynciol ac mae'r rhain yn cael eu darparu gan staff drwy sefydliadau GIG Cymru, Llywodraeth Cymru a'r Undebau Llafur.
