Welsh Partnership Forum

Handshake

The Welsh Partnership Forum is a tripartite group, sponsored by the Welsh Government.

It consists of representatives from;

  • The recognised healthcare trade unions for NHS Wales;
  • Representatives of senior management for NHS Wales; and 
  • Representatives from the Welsh Government.

The main purpose of the Welsh Partnership Forum is the development, support and delivery of workforce policies on a national, regional and local level. The Welsh Partnership Forum provides strategy leadership on partnership working between employers and employee representatives.

It is also involved in all aspects of strategic implementation including;

  • planning;
  • education;
  • recruitment;
  • retention;
  • development; and
  • support of NHS Wales staff.

Fforwm Partneriaeth Cymru

Mae Fforwm Partneriaeth Cymru yn grŵp tridarn, a noddir gan Lywodraeth Cymru.

Mae’n cynnwys cynrychiolwyr o’r meysydd canlynol;

  • Yr undebau llafur gofal iechyd cydnabyddedig ar gyfer GIG Cymru;
  • Cynrychiolwyr uwch reolwyr GIG Cymru;
  • Cynrychiolwyr o Lywodraeth Cymru.

Prif ddiben Fforwm Partneriaeth Cymru yw datblygu, cefnogi a chyflwyno polisïau’r gweithlu ar lefel genedlaethol, rhanbarthol a lleol. Mae Fforwm Partneriaeth Cymru yn darparu arweinyddiaeth strategol ar waith partneriaeth rhwng cynrychiolwyr cyflogwyr a chyflogeion.

Mae hefyd yn ymwneud â phob agwedd ar weithredu strategol yn cynnwys;

  • cynllunio;
  • addysg;
  • recriwtio;
  • cadw staff;
  • datblygu;
  • cefnogi staff GIG Cymru.
