The NHS Confederation and Health & Care Women Leaders Network have launched a new survey to gather information about the impact COVID-19 has had on all health and care workers as they continue to respond to the pandemic.
We encourage health and care staff of all levels, gender and ethnic origin to complete the survey. It should take around five minutes to complete.
The closing date for responses is Friday 5 March.

In August last year the Health & Care Women Leaders Network published COVID-19 and the female health and care workforce report. The Confederation has used the report in our lobbying activity and to promote a greater understanding and awareness of the severity of the challenge facing frontline services and the impact of this on health and care workers.
The challenges highlighted in the report remain and the NHS Confederation and the Health & Care Women Leaders Network would like to update the report to broaden out the findings to include all health and care workers as well as women - making the recommendations in it a point of focus for the Confederation and the network in their lobbying work.
Working with the network we will publish the findings of the survey in the updated report, making the recommendations in it a priority for the Confederation and the network in our lobbying work.
