Frontline staff urged to share their views on NHS finance

hospital staff in discussion

With many clinicians finding the way money flows around the NHS confusing, the NHS Confederation and Academy of Medical Royal Colleges have launched a survey to uncover what frontline staff understand of the NHS payment system.

Finances from the front

The organisations are encouraging doctors, nurses and allied health professionals (AHPs) in England to take part in the Finances from the front survey. The survey will develop a picture of what frontline staff understand of a system often seen as a barrier to delivering care in the most effective way.

The results will be used to inform a roundtable discussion the NHS Confederation is hosting with clinical leaders on 1 September.

If you are a doctor, nurse or an AHP, or know of any qualifying professionals, please get involved and share your views

The survey, which takes around five minutes to complete, will close on 31 August 2015.
