Knowledge is key
We are long-term supporters of the NHS Confederation and have gained great benefits since joining the associate programme. Not all the ZPB team has an NHS background so being an associate is a great way of educating them so they can deliver the best possible results for our clients.
For those of us who have worked in healthcare for a while, we rely on associate events to keep our knowledge up to date, network with the senior team, meet other associates and create new and lasting relationships.
The Brexit event in November 2016 was especially useful and helped us to see things from the NHS and a political viewpoint.
This year we are delighted to be working closer with the Confed at the annual conference to co-host an international study tour - a programme designed for international companies that are considering expanding their business into the NHS or private healthcare market in England.
