The NHS Confederation is a membership organisation that brings together and speaks on behalf of all organisations that plan, commission and provide NHS Services in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The NHS Confederation is recruiting for a Logistics Officer at an exciting time of growth. Working as part of a small but ambitious team, you will provide logistics support that underpins the delivery of sponsorship and exhibition sales across NHS Confederation activity. Working across the team where needed to help ensure that we can deliver our commercial commitments on a day to day basis, at the right time and to the best possible standard to achieve income targets across the organisation.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills to ensure all logistical elements of sponsorship and exhibition packages are completed accurately and on time.

Specifically, you will:

  • Provide logistical and administrative support to the Commercial team on the delivery of commercial agreements.
  • Assisting with on site and pre-event support for the commercial for our flagship annual event and one day conferences.
  • To assist with activity relating to the delivery of core day to day business
