If you still can't log in, you may need to clear your internet browser history and temporary internet files. To do this in Internet Explorer:
- on the menu bar, click 'tools', 'internet options'
- in the dialogue box that opens, click 'clear history', 'delete temporary files' (this may take some time to complete, depending on how long it has been since it was last done) and 'delete cookies'
- close your browser, reopen it and try to log in again.
You may also need to turn off auto-complete. To do this in Internet Explorer:
- on the menu bar, click 'tools', 'internet options'
- in the dialogue box that opens, select the 'content' tab
- select 'personal information', then click the 'auto complete' button
- close your browser, reopen it and try to log in again.
If neither of these works, your organisation may be running a proxy server with settings that are stopping the history/cache from being fully cleared, so you are not fully refreshing your browser. Please contact your IT department and advise them of the errors you are receiving. They may be able to help.
If you are still unable to log in, please email us at websupport@nhsconfed.org or telephone us on 0844 800 5986. For information on other browsers, please refer to the software's documentation.

When I try to register using my email address, I get a message saying it has not been possible to authenticate my credentials.
Our system uses the ‘tail’ (domain) of your email address (i.e. @nhsemployers.org) to determine a user's member status. If your email address doesn't have the same domain as we have listed for your organisation, you will not be able to register.
If you are using a personal address or a web mail/ISP email address (i.e. user@btinternet.com) the email address will not be recognised as being from a member organisation. If you have a work-based NHS email, please use this to register. Otherwise, please email us at websupport@nhsconfed.org or telephone us on 0844 800 5986.
If you are using a NHS email address or a work email address, please email us at websupport@nhsconfed.org or telephone us on 0844 800 5986.
