Liverpool PCT held a study visit to share experiences around developing their Outside of Hospital strategy with other PCTs and the NHS Confederation.

The visit began with discussion around their proposals, engaging the public, working in partnership with councillors and clinicians, as well as a tour of a LIFT health centre.
