Flowers against the sky

This seminar, led by FHN and American healthcare consultants Sg2, looked at how technology can be used to meet the needs of people in the future. Speakers from Sg2 described a number of existing technologies which are already beginning to revolutionise the way care is delivered in the United States and around the world, such as pharmacogenetics and ways of minimising invasive surgery. Further presentations described the next steps following the Healthcare Industries Task Force (HITF) report in the UK.
