Health and social care celebrating well-being

This publication has been developed by ADSS Cymru and the Welsh NHS Confederation to evidence integrating working and its benefits for the well-being of individuals. 

It provides examples of positive joint working between health and social care and the third sector. It focuses on well-being and presents a range of benefits that have occurred since the introduction of the Social Services and Well-Being (Wales) Act 2014.
