The PCT Network work programme provides a range of involvement opportunities for network member to participate in including events, seminars, workshops and dinners, in addition to the wider Confederation work. Members are updated on opportunities through regular electronic bulletins.

Member forums
The Network hosts forums for chairs and chief executives of PCTs to provide members with dedicated support, and a focused voice for their sector within which they can identify need and influence policy.
PCT Confidential chairs' forums
When: Friday 27th March 2009, 11.00am to 3.00pm
Where: NHS Confederation office, 29 Bressenden Place, London SW1E 5DD
The forums are free events to our PCT members. The aim of the confidential meeting is to provide a forum for Chairs to exchange experiences, problems to the challenges that face PCTs and to share learning on a confidential basis. They are professionally facilitated by Verity Kemp of Healthcare Planning Ltd. Verity held many senior posts at hospital and regional levels, before setting up her own consultancy specialising in strategic planning and organisational development. She has worked on behalf of the NHS Confederation for seven years, facilitating confidential forums for our PCT Chairs and Acute Chairs

PCT National chairs' forum
Held twice a year (Spring and Autumn) in London for all PCT chairs, these forums will provide opportunity to opportunity to network nationally with colleagues and hear from key high profile speakers on the latest primary care policy issues. David Stout, PCT Network director, will also update on the PCT Network's work programme. Autumn date TBC
Regional membership meetings
The NHS Confederation hosts regional membership meetings twice a year in each SHA area. These provide members with regional networking opportunities, as well as the chance to hear from a senior member of the Confederation, the PCT Network director and other senior speakers from national and local organisations.
