Lucy Jones

With over 35 years of experience in the NHS, Lucy has worked across both primary and secondary care through major changes from GP Fundholding to the current PCN DES.  She has held various roles including practice manager and IT manager, currently serving as a Primary Cae Network Manager for a large single practice PCN.  

Lucy's work has encompassed operational delivery, integrated care, and building collaborative partnerships to support high-quality, sustainable patient services. She remains committed to supporting innovation and resilience in primary care as the NHS continues to evolve.
