Delivered in association with top law firm Weightmans, 'On the board or in the dock: the implications of the tougher regulatory regime for NHS Trusts', will explore the legal liabilities of boards around the recent regulatory changes, including the new Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007, which came into effect on 6 April 2008.
This event will inform senior management and board level staff about the intricacies of these acts; how various organisations have been preparing and what individual trusts can do to ensure that they understand and comply with them.
