Transformational leadership for the future

This session will describe the model of transformational leadership at RLCT which has been developed through The Health Foundation with help from Dr Bill Lucas. It will explore the key qualities of leaders at all levels to both lead a service transformation of this scale and embed the improvements arising from it and give practical hints and tips on developing those qualities. This will be an 'interactive and fun' session.

Of interest to: All those concerned with quality improvement in their organisation.

Speakers: Ben Page from Ipsos MORI
