Geoffrey Rivett

Biography

Geoffrey Rivett became interested in health service history when he was working on the reconfiguration of hospitals and medical schools in London at the Department of Health. Geoffrey is vice-chair of the governors of the Homerton Hospital Foundation Trust, has been a GP, worked as a medical civil servant on controversial changes in both primary and secondary care. He is now an author and contemporary medical historian.
