Simon Stevens

Biography

Simon Stevens is CEO of Ovations, UnitedHealth's $30bn company that manages tax-funded health services on behalf of governments and voluntary organisations. He is also visiting professor at the LSE, a trustee of the King's Fund, and a columnist for the Health Service Journal. He was previously the Prime Minister's Health Adviser, having joined the NHS 20 years ago, and worked in teaching hospitals, primary care, commissioning and mental health.
