The first NHS Confederation Westminster Lecture took place on Tuesday 29 April
The speaker was Norman Lamb, Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for Health, who talked about the future direction of his party policy in health. Since becoming his party's health spokesperson, Lamb has changed the direction of Liberal Democrat health policy and secured the backing of his party's spring conference.
With the Liberal Democrats in a position to explore and test the government in the future direction of the NHS, this event provided a unique opportunity to discover how the Liberal Democrat health policy will continue to develop and to influence their future direction.
If you would like to attend, future lectures in this series please register your interest online or email matt.jones@nhsconfed.org .
