This is a practical hands-on experience. Delegates will look at real examples and discuss real scenarios. Mock meetings will be held using material provided. These meetings will be reviewed and learning points taken. There will be ample opportunity to discuss particular governance issues of concern to participants.

Mark Millar
Programme director and chief executive of a healthcare trust, Mark has 15 years experience as an NHS finance director. He has served on ACCA's International Assembly and is the chairman of the ACCA Health Service Network panel. He is also a past chairman of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Andrew Chambers
Andrew has extensive experience of board and audit committee membership, including an NHS Trust. He is the author of the Corporate Governance Handbook (4th ed, Tittel, 2008) and chair of ACCA's corporate governance and risk management committee.
