NHS Institute of Innovation and Improvement
In response to this demand, the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement has developed the 'No delays achiever' online tool. This free resource is designed to support NHS organisations improving their services and meeting their 18-week target. The NHS Confederation will be running a series of half day regional events, offering delegates the chance to use the tools and techniques available. A short overview and practical introduction on the use and application of the Commissioning for Patient Pathways guide will begin the workshop.
The No delays achiever online tool was launched on 1 November 2006 and has been developed extensively by the NHS III to assist NHS organisations in improving their services and help trusts to meet their 18-week target; the tool is free to all NHS trusts.
