With fifteen years experience as an NHS finance director Mark has served on ACCA's International Assembly and is a former chairman of the ACCA Health Service Network panel. He is also a past chairman of the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
Andrew has extensive experience of board and audit committee membership, including an NHS Trust. He is the author of Tottel's Corporate Governance Handbook and chair of ACCA's corporate governance and risk management committee.
