These half day events in your region will introduce you to the 'No delays achiever' tool that will help you meet the 18-week patient pathway.

Achieving the 18 week patient pathway target by the end of 2008 is a key objective for the NHS. In response to this demand, the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement has developed the 'No delays achiever' online tool. The NHS Confederation will be running a series of half day regional events training attendees in the use of this free resource and other techniques to support your organisation meeting the 18-week target.

Your event will include:

  • A practical hands-on workshop, training you in the use of this free resource
  • The opportunity to see how this tool can bring real benefit to your organisation
  • Free consultation from the 'No delays' team at NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement to support you meeting the 18 week target in your region.
