We're working with NHS Clinical Commissioners, NHS Providers and the Local Government Association to help spread the learning from the vanguard programme across the health and care sector.

Together, we aim to create greater understanding, involvement and ownership of the vanguard vision, showcasing new ways health and care economies can help establish a sustainable health service now and in the future.

Discover what we have learned so far and access our resources and publications from the sections below. And to see change in action, sign up for our series of new care model site visits.
