The Preparation Programme helps to prepare your trust for your FT application. It is free and open to both members and non-members of the Foundation Trust Network regardless of the stage of the application process you have reached.
Our sessions are interactive and led by FT colleagues who have successfully gone through the application process.
Some of the events are linked to our members' networks and are aimed at specific job roles. Others are full day conferences covering a particular area of the authorisation process and may be of interest to more than one member of your project team.
It's up to you to decide who should attend. We try to guarantee two delegate places per organisation as a minimum and can often accommodate more.
