The FT Preparation Programme is open to all NHS trusts working towards foundation trust applications.
The programme aims to prepare NHS trusts for their FT applications by drawing on the experience of, and good practice developed by, existing foundation trusts. It currently consists of a series of events, information sources, e-links and access to one-to-one or group buddying.
This support is free and available to both Foundation Trust Network members and non-members.
Resource packs
The preparation programme is accompanied by a series of resource packs, free to applicant foundation trusts. We will be sending out more information about the Resource Packs which will be available shortly, if you have any queries in the meantime, contact us directly.
Buddying and mentoring
Should our events not cover your query or issue, the Foundation Trust Network can put you in touch with other trusts, both aspirant and authorised, to share ideas on an individual basis.
