London relations programme
The NHS Confederation established the London relations programme, funded by London members, in May 2000. Its main purpose is to ensure that the GLA and Mayor have a clear, independent point of contact with NHS organisations in London. The programme aims to create an environment in London that helps members work more effectively.

Wales
The Welsh NHS Confederation brings together the full range of organisations that make up the modern NHS in Wales. Our aim is to reflect the different perspectives as well as the common views of the organisations we represent.

Scotland
The NHS Confederation is committed to connecting and supporting all parts of the NHS. The Confederation offers any NHS organisation in Scotland a low-cost subscription service to our core information for members from across the rest of the UK.

Northern Ireland Confederation
The Northern Ireland Confederation for Health and Social Services is the voice of management in the integrated Health and Personal Social Services (HPSS). Part of the UK-wide NHS Confederation, it is the only membership body for all HPSS organisations. At present, the membership includes all HSS boards and trusts, the Central Services Agency and fi

Regional leads
The Confederation has regional involvement, which is currently based on the regional government boundaries. With the reconfiguration of the Strategic Health Authorities (SHAs) in July 2006, we will be consulting members in 2007 on whether we should change our boundaries to be coterminous with the new SHAs.
