Get involved

Our members set the agenda. We are accountable to them and exist to represent, support and advise them.

There are a number of ways for members to get involved in our work:

Council: this is the most formal way members can get involved in shaping our work. The council is made up of regional elected members and we will alert you of any vacancies

Member forums: please see your organisation type page for details of these national forums

Regional membership meetings: we organise meetings in your region twice a year for updates and debate

Interchange alert: consultations, seminars and media work are listed in our weekly e-bulletin

Publications: addressing the real issues of the day

Member research: we ask for your feedback in our annual census, through taking part in group discussions at our membership meetings and often through telephone interviews detailed in Interchange alert.
