The PCT Network is showcasing examples of innovative work undertaken by its members which has led to improved services and increased efficiency.
The aim of this section of our website is to enable members to exchange good ideas and learn from each other’s achievements in delivering better patient care for local communities. We will be adding new case studies here on a regular basis. If you are a member of the PCT Network and would like to share your PCT’s best practice work on our website, or if you would like further information about any of the examples featured, please contact Elizabeth Wade, Head of Commissioning Policy and Membership, at elizabeth.wade@nhsconfed.org.
