This meeting provided a forum for delegates to hear from key speakers in the field of mental health, network with peers and contribute to the NHS Confederation's white paper consultation response.
The meeting also explored the latest developments with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and what the developments mean for mental health following the government’s announcement to strengthen their role to become an effective quality inspectorate.
The programme also featured a presentation on ‘Implementing Recovery Organisational Change’, a project that aims to assist six demonstration sites to improve the quality of their local services to support people more effectively lead meaningful and productive lives.
