Being conducted in partnership with Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB), the aim is to help the Bureau gain a more comprehensive understanding of the present provision of specialist mental health advice services in England.
The questionnaire will be available online in September and October 2010 and the outcome report will be circulated to you in February 2011. The trusts would be grateful if you could nominate two relevant officers to respond to the questionnaire. The first officer would ideally have some responsibility for planning the provision of services like information and advice and the second should have an understanding of the practicalities of the advice service in operation.
