The meetings are held on a quarterly basis starting at 11am and usually finishing at around 3.30pm depending on the agenda.
The meetings are usually held in London although other venues may be used from time to time.
The meetings discuss a variety of issues such as key policy issues, competition rules, branding, marketing, annual reports and annual health check.
The Members shape the agenda for each meeting and the forward work plan for the Network which then feeds into the FTN business plan.

Papers for the meetings are circulated at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
