The meetings are held on a quarterly basis starting at 11am and usually finishing at around 3.30pm depending on the agenda. The meetings are usually held in London.
The Network elects one of its members as chair, and helps shape the agenda for each meeting, together with the forward work plan for the Network.
The members discuss a variety of issues such as the implications of the Darzi Review, succession planning, leadership development, patient focused quality, and issues arising from latest health policy.
The meeting receives presentations from internal and external speakers and has the opportunity for round table discussions and networking.

Papers for the meetings are circulated at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
