NHS standard contract for ambulance services 2010/11 

The NHS standard contracts for Ambulance Services were published by the Department of Health (DH) on 18 January 2010.

The contracts support the NHS Operating Framework for 20010-2011 and should be read in conjunction with the Principles and Rules for Co-operation and Competition and the PCT Procurement Guide.

Guidance on each of the contracts have been published to support the implementation and interpretation of the contracts. These can be found under section entitled Ambulance services contract and guidance, Gateway reference: 13264 available on the Department of Health website.
