All those working in the field of child health are invited to submit abstracts for poster display. You can email your abstracts to gemma.critchley@nhsconfed.org
The deadlines for submission for the events are as follows:
26 March for: Coventry event at Warwick Campus (25 April)
25 April for: Exeter event at the Conference Centre (30 May)
25 May for: Manchester event at Salford Royal FT (27 June)
Please submit your abstracts as early as possible. These dates are the latest we can receive the abstracts for each event.
Abstracts must conform to the following requirements and authors must indicate the abstract theme:
- Include a short title (up to 20 words) and the author’s names (asterisk the presenting author)
- Maximum length: 250 words
- Structured using following headings: background/objectives, methods, results, implications/conclusion
- Indicate the theme it is being submitted under
- Include presenting author’s contact details including institution, address, email and telephone
- Submit your abstract to gemma.critchley@nhsconfed.org

- From quantitative to qualitative research
- Across all health care professions including nursing, pharmacy, medicine, management, physiotherapy, midwifery as well as educationalists and trainers
- Across all relevant disciplines including sociology, economics, epidemiology, health policy, statistics, psychology, history
- Across all aspects of services including primary care, community care, social care, hospital care
- From health promotion and disease prevention, through curative services to long-term, rehabilitative and custodial care
