Single Equality Scheme for the NHS Confederation.

The scheme sets out who we are, our staff profile, why equality, diversity and human rights are important to us, and what we will do over the next three years to ensure we meet the standards we have set for ourselves and those our members would expect of us.

Our Single Equality Scheme is a living document, subject to review and refinement, and we are keen to fully involve all our stakeholders in this process. We welcome any comments on our scheme.
